01/ BOOK A PHOTOSHOOT
/Visit our booking page to select a suitable package and proceed with your reservation.
/Contact us via KakaoTalk (monastudio) or WhatsApp (+84989530817) to confirm your booking and discuss your preferred style and any other specific requests.

02/ ARRIVE AT THE PHOTOSHOOT LOCATION
/Arrive on time at the agreed location for a smooth session.
/You may delay up to 15 minutes if needed.
/If the weather is bad or you have health concerns, you can cancel your photoshoot at least 2 hours in advance.

03/ PHOTOSHOOT & PAYMENT
/Enjoy a relaxed session while our photographer captures your best moments
/After the session, complete the payment in full using cash, USD, or VND.

04/ RECEIVE RAW PHOTOS
/Receive all high-quality raw photos via email within 3 days.
/Your photos will be sent as high-resolution digital files, making storage and sharing easy.

05/ SELECT PHOTOS FOR EDITING
/You have up to 30 days to choose the photos you’d like professionally edited. If you're satisfied with the raw photos, you can skip this step!
/Simply email us the list of photos you want edited.
/Our team will carefully edit your selected photos and send back the final images within the agreed timeframe.
