HOW DO I REQUEST A PHOTOSHOOT?
Choose your preferred package, then click “REQUEST YOUR PHOTOSHOOT” to check available dates and times. Your request will be reviewed before your session is confirmed.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
No. There is no deposit required to request your photoshoot.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Plans can change. If weather or travel delays affect your session, we will help you find another available time.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive highlight photos within 12 hours and all original photos within 72 hours. Your selected edited images will be delivered after editing is complete.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN THE PHOTOSHOOT?
All session prices are based on one guest. Add $10 for each additional guest.
CAN I ADD A HOI AN PHOTOSHOOT?
Yes. Add a 40-minute Hoi An session to continue your story beyond Hyatt Regency Danang. We will help plan the best time around your itinerary.
CAN I BOOK A SUNRISE SESSION?
Yes. A sunrise session is available as an optional add-on for $30 and offers softer morning light with a quieter atmosphere.
WHICH SESSION LENGTH SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose 40 minutes for a quick session and 60 minutes for a relaxed experience. A 90-minute session gives you more variety, while 120 minutes is ideal for multi-generational families, time to change outfits, or a fuller experience across Hyatt’s beach and resort settings.
CAN I BRING AN EXTRA OUTFIT FOR A 60-MINUTE SESSION?
Yes. You are welcome to prepare one additional outfit for your 60-minute photoshoot.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY PHOTOSHOOT WITH THE RESORT?
No. We will take care of this for you. We stay up to date with Hyatt Regency Danang’s guest photography guidelines and will let you know if anything is needed for your session.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
At the end of your session, please confirm your preferred email address. We will email you simple instructions to download all of your original photos.
